      i been on treadmillevery day doing a 30 minute split by 2 15 minute incline 15 which is all the way up and at a speed of 3.0 -3.5 which is a fast pace of walking i do sweat alot and i read at loosing 300 + each 15 min with over a total of 600calories a day read . after 15 minutes i go do other workout activities on machines like ab and arm ,chest, ect. than i go back on tread mill theres about 8 machines and i split them up 4 at a time so i do 15 tread than 4 machines than 15 tread than 4 machine than done all about an hour so i was wondering is this a good way and ok to do this way i started at 279 pounds nov 1 2010 ite now jan 2011 im about 250 pounds i also do wieght wathchers too and follow about 70 % of that thanks
