walking on treadmill at 3.0 mph at 0 incline to 5 incline, for a total of one hour 6 days per week. I start at 0 to warm up and increase the incline at 20 minutes starting at 1, and then thereafter, every 5 minutes increasing the incline until I get to level 5 incline. I currently weigh 146 pounds and am 5 feet tall. My calories burned usually are about 400 more or less.
