Exclusive breastfeeding burns between 200 and 500 calories a day. Since it’s not really possible to figure out exactly… I’m going to go with the middle-ish range of 300 a day.. I’m going to put it as 300 an hour.. so just say you breastfeed one hour a day… does that make sense? Then you get your daily 300…. The body weight doesn’t matter either.
