The One Slow Push-Up is a push-up done by starting in the plank position on the floor and slowly pushing up while counting to thirty.  At the top of the pushup, you push as far as you can squeezing your chest together.  Without locking your body at the top, begin your descent back to the floor while counting to thirty until you reach the bottom of the push-up.
