So it says that if you are 154 you burn 503 calories doing the 30 day shred for one hour, but each level is only 27 minutes. I\’m 192 right now. I love the 30 day shred but I know it would really help me to know what I am burning. Could anyone tell me what I could burn for each level? Thanks so much!

If my figures are correct, for your weight and a 27 minute workout, you should burn 282 calories.

I\\\’m 125 pounds and did the workout for 25 minutes.. could someone please calculate how many calories that would burn? please and thanks !! ( :

Going by Krista\’s figure and assuming they\’re right, then you would burn roughly between 183 and 184 per every 27 minutes.

I am at 208 right now. I am on day 5 of the 30 day shred. I can actually do a little more then I could on day 1 (I needed alot of breaks the first few days), but I still am not able to the the entire 3 circuits without taking a break. Does anybody know how many calories I am burning doing this workout?

i just want to say that this is an awesome workout. i started out at 132lb, am now 126lb and have lost quite a few cm all over and only just started level 3 today.
i have to admit i havent been doing it every day, i started about 5 weeks ago, and have had a couple of breaks (when i got my period for instance) for a few days and so i would either start the level I was on again or just continue where i left off).

this is the first time i have actually stuck to a workout plan and i think partly because jillian is so awesome and enthusiastic without being facetious. It IS tough, but i just keep thinking SO AM I.

after i finish level 3 im planning on alternating level 3 of Shred with Jillians Blast Fat and Boost Metabolism (apparently more cardio focused, goes for 40 mins) maybe one of each every second day, as a maintenence plan. I wanted to lose around 16lbs and i can definitely see it happening within 2-3 months at the rate im going (I\\\’m also tracking my calorie intake using The Daily Plate at Livestrong.com).
I have been waiting to get motivated to do this for about 15 years. I can\\\’t speak highly enough of this workout tool

just keep it up. doesnt matter how many calories your burning just keep doing it. i started out at 155lbs and now i weigh 130lbs. in a month and a half. just make sure you are eating 1 chicken breast a day.(protein=energy). eat a dry granola bar in between meals with a big glass of water. eat dinner earlier, about 5:30-6:00pm.
hopfully this will help you to looking hot for next summer

I love the 30 day shred!:)) Awesome workout and muscle toning. I would like to know how can u lose actually 20 pounds by doing only this because she says this replaces hours at the gym. U would definately burn more calories at the gym. Does anyone else use this and the gym?? I have only been doing this to see if it works followed by a pretty strict diet.
