Play out side with children. Change diapers as needed. Lifting enfants/toddlers 8 hours. Walking with enfants/toddlers. Feeding enfants/toddlers. Placing & preparing bed mats for nap time. Rocking/cradling enfants/toddlers to sleep. Bending/stooping 8 hours.
