Started P90X this week. We’ll see how things go. Like it so far which surprises me because I have never used, tried nor had any interest in any DVD workout. Have worked out with weights consistently since high school, ran 5K, 10K, and Half Marathons from college on but can’t lose my gut and weight keeps creeping up so decided I needed help. It came highly recommended from friends. This guy minimizes rest periods between sets which I think I need. My way: doing a set, eating a donut, doing another set, taking a nap, didn’t work for some reason.
