Well I went for a 7 mile bike ride last weeks with my kids and thought for sure my legs would hurt when I woke up the next morning, but much to my suprise they did not hurt, they actually felt pretty good. It is the start of what I hope to be a way to lose some weight. Will keep ya informed.
